Additional Information: THIS TWO STORY HOUSE FEATURES A T-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A CONCRETE BLOCK FOUNDATION, AN ASBESTOS SHINGLED EXTERIOR, WOOD TRIM, AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED, MULTI-GABLED AND SHED ROOF. THE HOUSE HAS BEEN ALTERED; SEVERAL ADDITIONS HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE ORIGINAL DESIGN. A ONE-STORY SHED ROOFED EXTENSION APPEARS TO THE BACK, AND AN ENCLOSED PORCH PROJECTS FROM THE FRONT. THE DWELLING WAS FOUND TO BE IN FAIR CONDITION. ACCORDING TO THE 1906 CENSUS, THE NAME HISTORICALLY LINKED TO THE RESIDENCE IS FRANCIS PALING. ACCORDING TO TAX RECORDS, JENKIN J. JONES IS AN INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATED WITH THE BUILDING A YEAR LATER IN 1907. THE DATE OF CONSTRUCTION, ALSO OBTAINED FROM TAX RECORDS, OCCURRED BEFORE 1907.
