Additional Information: THIS TWO-STORY, SIDE GABLED RESIDENCE FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, AN ASBESTOS SHINGLE EXTERIOR, WOOD TRIM, AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED, MULTI-GABLED ROOF. A ONE STORY EXTENSION PROJECTS FROM THE SIDE FACADE. THE HOUSE IS IN GOOD CONDITION. EPHRAIM POWELL WAS AN INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATED WITH THE BUILDING IN 1907, ACCORDING TO TAX RECORDS. THE DATE OF CONSTRUCTION OCCURRED BEFORE 1907, ALSO ACCORDING TO TAX RECORDS. 2023 - Side gable vernacular house with a removed/relocated front entry, replacement siding, and a front bay window addition.
