Additional Information: | Clapboard is the exterior fabric on this 2 story residence. The plan is rectangular with a rear addition. Windows have a wide wood frame with entablature. The gable roof has the eave facing the road. There are 2 wall gable dormers in front. A plain frieze is under the eaves and there is a front frieze window. The gable has a trefoil window in it. There is a full front porch. The cornice is boxed and there are endboards. Much of the integrity of this residence remains intact. It is a good example of this type of home. However, it does not seem to have any outstanding characteristics that would give it architectural significance. |
