Additional Information: THIS ONE AND A HALF-STORY BUNGALOW IS DESIGNED WITH A RECTANGULAR PLAN CONFIGURATION, A BRICK EXTERIOR, A GABLE ROOF AND A LARGE, CENTERED, GABLED ROOF DORMER WITH CORNICE RETURNS. THE UPPER HALF STORY IS COVERED WITH PRESSED METAL. AN EAST-FACING BAY WINDOW APPEARS ON THE HOUSE AS WELL. THE FULL-LENGTH, ENCLOSED, FRONT PORCH FEATURES AN ENTRANCE DOOR SURROUNDED BY SIDE-LIGHTS AND A TRANSOM WINDOW. THE C. 1920 RESIDENCE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. (SEE BIB. REF. A). BESIDES BEING A PRIVATE RESIDENCE, THIS BUILDING IS THE BUSINESS LOCATION OF ANDERSON'S BEAUTY SHOP. ALSO ON THE SITE TO THE EAST IS A GARAGE; IT HAS NO INTENSIVE SURVEY DESCRIBING IT.
