| Additional Information: | THIS TWO-STORY GABLED ELL FEATURES AN L-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR AND INTERSECTING GABLE ROOFS. CORNICE RETURNS, FRIEZE BOARDS, CORNER BOARDS, AND PAIRED, EAVE-LINE BRACKETS ARE DISTINCTIVE ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS OF THE RESIDENCE. ADORNING THE FRONT ARE VERGEBOARDS, A GABLE ORNAMENT, A BAND OF DECORATIVE SHINGLES, A SMALL, SHED-ROOFED PORCH, A BRACKETED BAY WINDOW, AND AN ENTRANCE DOOR WITH A TRANSOM WINDOW. THIS HOUSE, BUILT IN C. 1880, IS PRESENTLY IN FAIR CONDITION. (SEE BIB. REF. A). RELATED TO THE DWELLING IS A GARAGE, BUT NO INTENSIVE SURVEY EXISTS DESCRIBING IT. |
