NOTES
Additional Information:Clapboard is the exterior fabric on this 1 1/2 story bungalow. There are exposed rafters and knee braces under a wide eave. The gable roof hsa the eave facing the road. There is a 4-bay gable dormer. A box bay window is at the side. The front porch is full enclosed. There is a wood beltline over the windows and on the dormer. There are endboards. This is a good exampmle of a bungalow. Most of the integrity is intact. The styling is not outstanding but almost a "textbook example", shutters excepted.
