NOTES
Additional Information:This 2 story residence has aluminum siding surface material. The rectangular plan has a 2 story addition. There are front and side bay windows with paired brackets. The roof is hip with a box cornice. Bay windows are 9/9 and 2nd story windows are 6/1. The door frame has a triangular shaped head. Foundation is concrete wash. There is a side pedimented gable with sunburst woodwork. The details and roof suggest an Italianate home. The cornice is boxed. Siding and front door alterations have weakened the integrity and character of this residence to the point where it has no architectural significance.
