Additional Information: THIS TWO-STORY RESIDENCE IS DESIGNED WITH A SQUARE PLAN CONFIGURATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR AND A HIP ROOF. A ONE-STORY WING EXTENDS TO THE SIDE. DISTINGUISHING ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES INCLUDE A TRANSOM LIGHT OVER THE ENTRANCE DOOR AND PROMINENT WINDOW MOLDINGS. ADDITIONS WERE MADE TO THE DWELLING, WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY CONSTRUCTED IN C. 1880. (SEE BIB. REF. A). OVERALL, THE CONDITION OF THE HOUSE IS EXCELLENT. ALSO LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY IS A GARAGE. THERE IS NO INTENSIVE SURVEY FOR THIS BUILDING.
