NOTES
Additional Information:This one story bungalow has wood shingle exterior fabric. The gable roof hsa the gable end facing the road. Rafters are exposed under wide eaves, there are knee braces and a simple front gable bargeboard. Windows are 3/1 vertical paned. There are diamond shaped fishscales in the gable and rear additions. A wood belt line is above the windows. The wood details and bargeboard and braces are very good examples of bungalow detailing. It is the only one like this in New Richmond. However, side additions and the front window decorations detract from this residence to the point that it hsa no architectural significance.
