Additional Information:THIS IS A ONE AND A HALF-STORY RESIDENCE WITH A ONE STORY WING. THE BUILDING IS L-SHAPED IN PLAN, WITH A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR AND A GABLE ROOF. A CLASSICAL ENTRANCE WITH AN ENTABLATURE, A TRANSOM WINDOW AND PILASTERS DISTINGUISHES THE SIMPLY DESIGNED DWELLING. BUILT IN C. 1880, THE HOUSE IS PRESENTLY CONSIDERED TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION.
