Additional Information: THIS TWO-STORY, SIDE-GABLED HOUSE IS DESIGNED WITH A RECTANGULAR PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STUCCO EXTERIOR AND A GABLE ROOF. DISTINGUISHING FEATURES INCLUDE AN ENCLOSED, FRONT-FACING, GABLED PORTICO, A SEGMENTALLY-ARCHED PORTICO ENTRANCE, AND A SIDE-LIGHTED FRONT DOOR. THE C. 1910 RESIDENCE IS CONSIDERED TO BE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. (SEE BIB. REF. A). ALSO LOCATED ON THE SITE IS A GARAGE, BUT THERE IS NO INTENSIVE SURVEY DESCRIBING IT.
