Additional Information:This 2 story residence hsa clapboard exterior fabric and a rectangular plan with side and rear addition. The gable roof has the eave side facing the road. There is a box cornice and endboards. Windows are 6/6 with wood frames. The front entry is a stoop. Alterations detract from the integrity of this home. It is a plain style and has no characteristics that would give it architectural significance.

A small clapboard shed with gable roof is also on the lot. There is a much larger one story clapboard garage with rectangular plan. The gable roof has a false parapet front. See SC32-19 for photo.
