Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. 1995 - one-story, plain hipped roof, Craftsman style single room schoolhouse. Built in 1927as Valley School #2. Designed by John Houwers. Raised basement whose concrete walls are clad in brown brick. Converted to a single family residence around 1966 and continues to be used as such. During conversion nearly all windows were replaced with smaller modern ones and a 2-car garage was attached to the west elevation. Appearance unchanged (2013).
