Additional Information: | This two story residence has clapboard on the first story and wood shingles on the second. The gabel roof hsa the eave facing the road and exposed rafters. Side windwos are irregularly placed. Details are craftsman and bungalow. Windows ahve 4/1 vertical panes. The stoop porch entry has side lights around the door and a hip roof with exposed rafters and knee braces. The foundation is concrete wash. The plan is rectangualr with a side addition. There are endboards on the 1st story. This building has retained most of its integrity. It is a very good example of this type of detailing. It does not have any details or characteristics that would give it architectural significance. |
