Additional Information: | This two story homestead home has clapboard siding and Colonial Revival details. The foundation is rock faced and there is a rear addition. The gable faces the road and has fish scales and a small window. The roof line is cross gable. There is a 3 part picture window on the first floor. The full front porch has a hip roof and paired and tripled thick round columns with capitals. There are endboards, box cornice and a plain frieze under the eave. The basic integrity of this house is intact. While it is a good example of the homestead style, it is a common style in the city.
