Additional Information: | Asbestos shingle covers this 1 1/2 story Dutch colonial revival residence. The gambrel roof has the gable end facing the road. Gable returns are at the poinnt whree the roof pitch changes. The roof flares at the ends. There is a side shed dormer. An entry is in front and on the side. Windows are 2/1 with wood frames. There is a rear addition with a gable roof. The cornice is boxed. Much of the integrity of the building remains (except for the siding detracting from it). It is the only gambrel roof with a flare at the bottom. It does not have any characteristics that give it architectural significance since the style is found elsewhere. |
