NOTES
Additional Information:This 1 1/2 story Dutch Colonial revival house has clapboard exterior fabric. The plan is rectangular and there is a rear one story addition. The cornice is boxed. There are endboards. The gambrel roof has the gable end facing the road. Window frames rae wide wood. The front porch is enclosed and has a hip roof. It is similar to SC 30-22 (316 E. 6th Street). Alterations have detracted from the integrity of this residence. There are finer examples of this Dutch Colonial revival style and this one has no outstanding characteristics to give it architectural significance.
