This two-and-one-half story, rectangular-plan house was constructed c.1880. The walls are clad in narrow lap clapboard siding and rest on a concrete-block foundation. The front-gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles and features a central brick chimney. The windows are a mix of square fixed, casement, and one-over-one, double-hung, replacement sash. A one-story portico with a pediment is located on the front (west) facade. It is supported by rounded columns. A two-story projecting bay is located on the side (south) elevation. The building was clad in asbestos during the 1983 survey, but the asbestos has since been removed to reveal original wood siding.
