2018
This one-and-one-half story, irregular-plan house was constructed c.1890. The walls are clad in narrow lap clapboard siding and the building rests on a concrete-block foundation. The front-gable roof is covered in asphalt shingles and features a central brick chimney, returned eaves, and front-gable dormers on the side (north and south) elevations. Replacement picture windows are located on the northwest corner of the house. Other windows are generally one-overone, double-hung, replacement sash in paired configurations. The front (west) facade and side (north) elevation feature a one-story hip roof addition that may have been a wraparound porch that has since been enclosed. The front facade has a concrete stoop with a metal railing. The entryway and windows on the front facade and side (south) elevation are sheltered by metal awnings. A one-story addition with a brick chimney and roof deck are located at the rear of the house.
