Additional Information:Served as the hone of two prominent business men and as the public library 1943-1968.

Cutaway front porch with paneled square posts was added after 1903.

In 1870, William Prentice had this house built. The kitchen, dining room and servants' quarters were in the basement, the parlors and conservatory occupied the first floor and bedrooms were located on the second floor. From 1943 until 1968, the Sheboygan Falls Public Library was housed in the building.
