NOTES
Additional Information:This two and three story brick structure is characteristic of the Moderne or Modernistic style. Typical of the style are tall vertical piers framing horizontal bands of windows, a rectangular portal, flat roof, symmetrical facades, and stylized motifs capping the piers.

Historically this office building is the best-preserved structure associated with the city's largest industry. The office building was constructed between 1918 and 1919 for the Samson Tractor Company. In 1922, the Chevrolet Motor Company took over the Samson Tractor Company, and in the mid 1920s Fisher Body began manufacturing at this location. Demolition of the site started in 5/2018.
