NOTES
Additional Information:The F in the photo codes is for Fox Canal Survey.

Based on observation, this house was build in ca. 1890. The first available information regarding ownership is gleaned from the 1915-1916 city directory, which notes it was occupied by Peter Malschetske and his wife Mary. At that time, Malschetske was working at the Schaefer Manufacturing Co. By no later than the 1940s, Mrs. Mary Olson owned the house; she passed it on to her daughter, Gladys Olson Arndt, by no later than 1947. Thereafter, the house was owned by Bert and Florence Kaskavage (1967), who sold it to Howard Brockman in 1999.
