Additional Information: | The F in the photo codes is for Fox Canal Survey. Erected in 1932, this modest brick bungalow was built for Joe Stobbe, who operated the Stobbe Feed Mill. Stobbe and his wife Eleanore had at least four children, Phyllis, Richard, Raymond, and Edward. The home appears to have remained in the Stobbe family into at least the 1950s. At some point, the neighboring Trusdell Fur C. gained possession of the home; however it was sold to Karl Sattler in 1984. The owners in 2002, E. Thor and Yee Vang Thor, had occupied the house since 1988. |
