Architectural Statement:
This diminutive cemetery chapel, built of stone, is a well-preserved example of the Gothic Revival style. Characteristic of the style are the high pitch gable roof, corner buttresses, pinnacles, pointed arch openings, and window tracery.

Historical Statement:
The Oakhill Cemetery Association, which built this chapel, was organized in 1851.
