NOTES
Additional Information:CLAPBOARD SIDING REPLACED WITH VINYL SIDING IN 1991.

This one and one half story bungalow rises from a concrete block foundation and is largely covered with vinyl siding. Essentially side-gabled in form, the house features a full, façade-length porch along its primary (north) façade. The battered porch piers, also covered with vinyl, support the front slope of the roof which forms the porch roof. Arched openings with screened enclosures are located between each of the piers. A gabled roof dormer with a simple, wooden porch balustrade projects from the upper level of the north façade. Carved wooden brackets, shinglework and a dentiled molding accentuate the dormer's gabled peak, as well as the peaks of each of the home's west and east endwalls. Windows throughout the main block are largely one over one light, double hung sashes arranged singly and in pairs. An old photograph in the building permit files shows it was originally covered with stucco and half timbering. Assesor's records indicate in 1918, owner Louis Stetter, a contractor, completely remodeled the home.

A one story, gabled addition (20' x 30') extends from the rear of the house. This addition was constructed in 1991 by the owner, John Stetter.
