NOTES
Additional Information:This one and one half story house, which is in fair condition, has both gabled ell and Greek Revival styled elements. It features a T-shaped plan configuration (with additions), a granite stone foundation, a board exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled, multi-galbed and shed roof. Fronting the ell is a shed roofed porch supported by tapered columns. The residence is in fair condition. A related building is an attached garage. Architectural/Engineering Significance: This structure contributes to the significance of the Nathan Strong Park Historic District under Criterion C as a good example of a modest gabled ell house of the 1850's or 1860's. The building retains its historic character in spite of the composition board siding that now clads it.
