NOTES
Additional Information:This two story house was designed in the Italianate style. It features a rectangualr shaped plan configuration (with a wing), a stone foundation, a board exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled multi-gabled and hip roof. The screened front porch is detailed with a hipped roof, tapered pilasters and a sidelighted entrance. The residence is in fair condition. Architectural/Engineering Significance: This structure contributes to the significance of the Nathan Strong Park Historic District under Criterion C as a small, plain, village house of the 1870's with an early 1900's front porch. The house retains its historic character in spite of the modern composition siding that now clads the building.
