NOTES
Additional Information:This structure contributes to the significance of the Nathan Strong Park Historic District under criterion C as a good well-conserved example of a vernacular cross-gabled village house with modest touches of Victorian Gothic inspired decorative woodwork at the front porch and window enframements. The exterior staircase and addition at the second story are unsympathetic alterations to this otherwise almost pristine little house.
