The wide overhaning eaves are supported by carved brackets and detailed with bargeboards and exposed rafter ends. Decorative half timbering distinguish the upper story of the facade. The residence is in fair condition. A related building is an outbuilding. Architectural/Engineering Significance: This structure contributes to the significance of the Nathan Strong Park Historic District under Criterion C as a fine example of a Craftsman cottage preserved in its original conditon. |
