NOTES
Additional Information:This two storied house displays elements of the American Foursquare and Colonial Revival styles. It features a square shaped plan configuration, a brick foundation, a brick exterior, a brick, wood and concrete trim, and an asphalt shingled hip roof with a dormer. The residence is in fair condition. A garage is a related structure (GL 27/20). Architectural/Engineering Significance: This structure contributes to the significance of the Nathan Strong Park Historic District under Criterion C as an interesting example of a brick, 1920's, American Foursquare house that has been preserved with little alteration since its construction. There is a fine 1920's frame garage with a cupola ventilator at the rear of the lot.
