Additional Information:This two and one half story Craftsman styled apartment building features a rectangular shaped plan configuration with a wing, a concrete and concrete block foundation, and an asphalt shingled multi-galbed roof with a dormer. Exterior materials include brick, asphalt, slate, and stucco, while trim materials include wood, brick and concrete. The front porch has a low pitched gable roof supported by rectangular posts, which in turn, rest on brick bases. The porch railing is made of brick as well. The apartment house is in fair condition. Architectural/Engineering Significance: This structure contributes to the significance of the Nathan Strong Park Historic District under Criterion C as a modest example of a plain brick, early twentieth century house with a Craftsman porch.
