Additional Information:FRIEZE WINDOWS ON MAIN FACADE. WINDOWS HAVE NOW BEEN ALTERED THROUGHOUT AND A LARGE ADDTION HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE REAR OF THE HISTORIC MAIN BLOCK OF THE HOUSE.

Resurveyed 2012; no changes.

This 2-story Side Gabled house was constructed c.1870. It is rectangular in plan with whitewashed stone walls and a new metal-clad gable roof. The front elevation faces south and is symmetrical in plan with a central front door sheltered by a shed-roofed entry porch with simple metal supports and a concrete stoop. A 1-over-1 window is located on each side of the door; three 2-pane sliding windows are located at regular intervals just below the roofline. A large frame addition has been added to the rear elevation of the building.
