NOTES
Additional Information:This parcel, and a five year old building, was purchased by Walter K. Parsons in 1931. However, this structure was not built until 1942, at a cost of $7,000. Parsons operated his egg processing and farm commodities business out of this building until at least 1968. The store and office were located at the front of the building, while the warehouse was at the rear. After a brief ownership by John C. Mix, Hugh Stellmacher purchased the building in 1973. For many years, the structure operated under the name, "Berlin Soft Water & Laundry."
