Additional Information: | The first known occupant of the home was Mrs Elizabeth Bunce, the widow of Asa Bunce. By the 1940s, the house was noted as the Joe Mahlar Estate. In 1954, a shed at the rear of the property was converted for use as a garage and a room was added to the rear of the second floor of the home. The home then passed into the hands of Claire Beaman, who sold the home to the owner as of 2002, Bernard Beaman. The rear porch was replaced in 1986, while the windows were replaced in 1999. |
