NOTES
Additional Information:According to assessor's records which are corroborated by Sanborn maps, this bungalow was built in 1923. City directory information indicates that Roman and Susan Nigbor may have been the original owners of the house. The Nigbor family ran a fur manufacturing firm in the city. The house appears to have remained in the family as it was later occupied by Roman Jr. and Gilbert Nigbor. The owners in 2002, the Ewalds, have owned the house since 1995 and a new garage was erected in 1999.
