NOTES
Additional Information:Assessor's records indicate this house was built ca. 1890. Indeed, a Sanborn map depicts this house at this location. The earliest available information notes that by no later than 1915, this house was occupied by photographer T.J. Hallman and his wife Julia. Widow Julia retained the house until no later than 1949. Thereafter, owners include Frank Kottowski (1949(, Harry and Anna Londowski (1956-1972), Robert and Susan Tracy (1972-1978), Jeff and Julie Blizzard (1978-1980) and Steven and Kyssa Koscher (1980-at least 2002). Permits indicate that the siding was applied in 2001.
