In back of the main house is a small, 1-story, Side Gabled cottage [49594] constructed c.1930. It is rectangular in plan with clapboard walls and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces east and is asymmetrical in plan with a single front door and three 3-over-1 windows. The north elevation contains a bank of three 1-over-1 windows.
