2015- "This dairy barn was constructed c.1920. It has a rectangular footprint, raised concrete block foundation, vertical wood board walls, and a gable roof sheathed with standing seam metal panels. Square, six-light, steel windows are aligned across the foundation on the long sides of the building. The gable ends contain sliding doors. A concrete block milk house with a gable roof is attached to the south end of the barn. A concrete silo with a domed roof is located adjacent to the barn to the east.

The property also contains a c.1950 house with a detached garage. The house represents a vernacular form and has replacement siding and windows. It does not possess sufficient architectural interest or integrity to warrant individual survey."
