| Additional Information: | THIS ONE AND A HALF-STORY RESIDENCE FEATURES AN IRREGULARLY-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR, A WOOD SHINGLE TRIM AND A TRUNCATED, HIP ROOF. A FRONT-FACING, SHINGLED GABLE PROJECTS OFF THE MAIN ROOF. A PORCH RUNS THE FULL LENGTH OF THE FRONT FACADE, AND A CHIMNEY RISES OFF THE SIDE. THE RESIDENCE, BUILT IN C. 1890, IS CONSIDERED TO BE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. (SEE BIB. REF. A). ALSO LOCATED AT THE SITE IS A BARN, BUT NO INTENSIVE SURVEY EXISTS DESCRIBING THIS STRUCTURE. |
