Additional Information: THIS TWO-STORY RESIDENCE FEATURES A SQUARE-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A BRICK EXTERIOR AND A HIPPED ROOF. A FULL-LENGTH FRONT PORCH IS SUPPORTED BY PAIRED COLUMNS. SIDE LIGHTS FLANK THE FRONT DOOR. SEE FINAL REPORT FOR A DISCUSSION OF THE AMERICAN FOURSQUARE "STYLE." BUILT IN C. 1910, THIS RESIDENCE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. (SEE BIB. REF. A). THE GARAGE, ALSO LOCATED ON THE SITE, IS SIMILAR IN DESIGN TO THE HOUSE. NO INTENSIVE SURVEY WAS CONDUCTED WHICH FURTHER DESCRIBS THE GARAGE.
