NOTES
Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation-Public History.

This two story, clapboard sided house is of a vernacular style with hints of the Italianate-particularly in the division of the primary facade into three bays. No ornate detailing, other than at the window surrounds, remains. This building appears to have been modified substantially with the single story wing (or porch enclosure) on the West side and a small entry porch (probably replacing a more intricate and larger porch) over a new concrete stoop. Although substantially modified, this older building does contribute to the architectural significance of the District because of its residential scale and remaining early detailing.
