Additional Information: | This two story cla[pboard sided house is in the late Queen Anne style and shows the characteristics of asymetry yet with a simplicity of detail. A broad porch fills the void between the legs of the "ell" and the gabled porch roof is supported by fluted columns. This wel-maintained house is remarkably intact and is a good example of a common early building styule within the District. For this reason, it contributes to the architectural significance of the District. |
