NOTES
Additional Information:This two story commercial building features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a cream brick exterior, a wood and cararra glass trim and a ceramic tiled flat roof. Elements of the Italianate style exhibited include a corbelled cornice, segmentally arched second-story windows, decorative window hoods, and stone sills. The storefront has been extensively altered since the building's date of construction. The structure is in good condition. It is architecturally significant in that it represents a type, period, or method of construction. Historical Statement: This building was constructed in about 1870 on land owned by J. J. R. Pease. In 1880, Patrick Connors was the owner of the building. The 1884 fire insurance map indicates that a saloon was located here. The building is historically significant because of its association with commerce.
