Additional Information: | This one and a half story Bungalow features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a concrete block foundation, an asbestos shingled exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled gable roof. Bungalow styled elements include a street-facing open gabled end, eave line brackets, an exterior brick chimney, and an enclosed porch whose roof is supported by short posts on large, tapered bases. The residence is in fair condition. This dwelling was originally assocated with the name, J. Francis Power. (See Bib. Ref. A). This building is architecturally significant in that it represents a type, period or method of construction. The J. Francis Power House was built in c. 1920. (See Bib. Ref. A). The WHS waived its 30 day raze notice on 10/1/2009. |
