Various Bungalow style elements include a gabled dormer, exposed rafter ends, and an exterior chimney. A continuation of the slope of the main roof forms the roof of the full-length front porch. The residence, which is in good condition, was owned by David P. Vance in 1982. The Richard M. Lloyd house was built in c. 1925. (See Bib. Ref. A). The building is architecturally significant in that it represents a type, period or method of construction. See the District Survey Form for a historical statement. |
