Additional Information: | This one story Bungalow house features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a concrete block foundation, a clapboard exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled gable roof. An attic is also included in the architectural design. Bungalow style elements include a street-facing open gabled end, braces, and an enclosed front porch with tapered porch posts. The residence, which is in good condition, was owned by Ren A. Wilson in 1982. The Raymond P. Bertz house was built in c. 1920. (See Bib. Ref. A).
