Additional Information: THIS SMALL HOUSE FEATURES AN L-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR AND A GABLE ROOF. ELEMENTS SUCH AS A VARIETY IN MASSING, FLARED ROOF EAVES AND A WRAP-AROUND CORNER PORCH WITH A CONICAL ROOF ARE USED TO ACHIEVE THE QUEEN ANNE STYLE. A PROJECTING GABLED BAY AND DORMER FACE THE FRONT. AN ORIEL WINDOW IS LOCATED ON THE BAY. THIS RESIDENCE, BUILT IN 1900 WITH ADDITIONS MADE SUBSEQUENTLY, IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION OVERALL. (SEE BIB. REF. A). ACCOMPANYING THE HOUSE IS A GARAGE; IT HAS NO INTENSIVE SURVEY DESCRIBING IT, HOWEVER.
