Additional Information: THIS ONE AND A HALF-STORY, SIDE-GABLED BUNGALOW WAS DESIGNED WITH A RECTANGULAR PLAN CONFIGURATION, A BRICK AND CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR AND A GABLE ROOF. THE FULL-LENGHT, ENCLOSED, FRONT PORCH, THE FLARED ROOF EAVES, AND THE CENTRAL, GABLE-ROOFED DORMER WITH CORNICE RETURNS ARE DISTINGUISHING ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS. THIS C. 1920 RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION. (SEE BIB. REF. A). ACCOMPANYING THE HOUSE IS A GARAGE; NO INTENSIVE SURVEY DESCRIBES THIS STRUCTURE, HOWEVER.
