Additional Information: THIS ONE AND A HALF-STORY HOUSE IS DESIGNED WITH A RECTANGULAR-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A CLAPBORAD EXTERIOR AND A COMBINATION GABLE AND HIP ROOF. DISTINCTIVE ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS INCLUDE CORNER BOARDS, FRIEZE BOARDS, GABLED BAYS AND AN ENCLOSED FRONT PORCH. A PEDIMENTED GABLE ON THE PORCH ROOF MARKS THE FRONT ENTRANCE. MOLDINGS SURROUND NOT ONLY THE WINDOWS BUT ALSO THE FRONT DOOR. THIS RESIDENCE, BUILT IN C. 1900, IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. (SEE BIB. REF. A). ACCOMPANYING THE HOUSE ON THE LOT IS A GARAGE; IT HAS NO INTENSIVE SURVEY DESCRIBING IT, HOWEVER.
