Additional Information: | THIS ONE AND A HALF-STORY HOUSE FEATURES AN L-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A CUT STONE FOUNDATION, A BRICK AND CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR AND A GABLE ROOF. DISTINGUISHING THE FRONT-FACING BAY AND DORMER ARE THEIR STEEPLY-PITCHED GABLES. THE WINDOWS ON THE FIRST FLOOR HAVE SEGMENTAL ARCH OPENINGS, AND THE PARTIAL FRONT PORCH IS ENCLOSED. THIS RESIDENCE, BUILT IN C. 1885, IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. (SEE BIB. REF. A). LOCATED TO THE REAR IS A GARAGE; THERE IS NO INTENSIVE SURVEY DESCRIBING THIS STRUCTURE, HOWEVER. |
